KAWATATEC TOUCHDEX INDEX TABLES

The Touchdex is mounted in the machining center table in the same manner as a CNC index table for fully automatic indexing of the workpiece. In contrast to CNC index tables, the Touchdex does not incorporate a servo motor, but uses the Z axis movement of the machining center to rotate the table for indexing.

An additional series from Troyke ........ CTL

The CTL series is a centreline tilting, heavy duty rotary table. The CTL series are available in two sizes; 160mm (6.5") and 254mm (10")table diameters) and three different models (A - Manual tilt/manual rotary. B - Manual Tilt/NC powere rotary. C - NC powered tilt/NC powered rotary.

K & B's CNC service division now offers full Maintenance Management packages. Within these packages; weekly and monthly production graphs and report can be produced. All planned preventative maintenance, 12 monthly and 6 monthly General Service plans can be undertaken.
A software package is utilised for maintenance management. The package allows you to analyse cost, spending, critical spares, minimum and maximum stock levels, preferred suppliers, budgets and numerous other items.
